Preliminary Information

Please Read

Our puppies are sold as pets only with a spay/neuter agreement and will not come with full registration for breeding unless you are approved. Each puppy will be dewormed at least 3 times, given at least 1 dose of Coccidia preventative, and given their first vaccination by a licensed veterinarian at around 8 weeks old along with a full health examination. Puppies come with a 48 Hour Health Guarantee, to ensure that your puppy is healthy before leaving our care, as well as a 2 Year Genetic Health Guarantee that can be found with more detail in the Purchase Agreement at the bottom of the page; everyone who purchases a puppy from us is required to sign our Purchase Agreement and a puppy will not be sold without one. We do allow puppies to be transported at buyer's expense (see Shipping section below). We may choose to run a background check on anyone interested in a puppy to check for any reported mistreatment of animals. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone we deem to be unfit for any reason.

If for any reason you feel you can no longer care for the puppy that you have purchased, we require that the puppy be returned to us so that we may find a new suitable home for it. Under NO circumstances should one of our puppies be sold, given away, or surrendered to a shelter.

We take a lot of consideration when choosing Siberians to add to our breeding program so that we can make sure you are purchasing a quality Siberian Husky and we do not negotiate our prices. Anyone interested in purchasing a puppy should fill out a Puppy Application; the purpose of the application is to ensure that puppies are going to proper homes where the new owners are serious about adding a new puppy to their life. Remember, a Siberian Husky is a 12+ year commitment and should not be considered lightly. You must be at least eighteen-years-old, or have a parent's consent, to sign our Purchase Agreement in order to purchase a puppy. Limited Registration

All of our litters are from AKC registered parents, and limited registration comes with the papers to register your puppy with AKC but does not include the rights for breeding or some AKC events/competitions. This is a good option for people only wanting a pet; owners would be expected to spay/neuter their puppy by 2 years old and will sign a spay/neuter agreement.

Full Registration - Breeding

Full registration is not available to all buyers. For those interested in breeding their dog, we occasionally will allow a puppy to be sold for the purpose of breeding. Full registration would not be released until the dog has physically matured and AKC papers would be released at 12 months for males and 18 months for females; Novel Siberians would reimburse for late fees at the time of registration.

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone for any reason, with or without disclosure of that reasoning, as we see fit.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

Cash App, Zelle, PayPal (will not accept if sent as Goods/Services) Venmo (will not accept if sent as Goods/Services), Walmart to Walmart Moneygram, cash, Postal Money Orders, and personal checks (will hold up to 2 weeks in order for check to arrive and clear, checks good for deposits ONLY).

Payment in cash the day of pickup is required unless the entire balance has been paid prior to pickup.

**We do not breed for eye color. We do not guarantee coat length or color, nor do we guarantee eye color. If you are only looking for a puppy with a specific eye color, we may not be the right breeder for you!**

Deposits

To reserve a puppy we require a nonrefundable $300 deposit that will hold your puppy until they are ready to leave; this deposit comes off of the total price of a puppy. You can also place a deposit to join our Waiting List if we do not have a puppy available that you're interested in.
The deposit must be paid in full before you can put a hold on a puppy, or be added to our Waiting List, and separate deposits must be made to hold multiple puppies.
Deposits are ONLY good toward the puppy you place the deposit on and cannot be transferred to another puppy or litter, so do not place a deposit on a puppy unless you are 100% certain it is the one you want.
Deposits cannot be given away or transferred to another person; the deposit that is accepted is for the person who places it ONLY.
The full purchase price is due by the time your puppy turns 8 weeks old; if the full amount is not received by the time your puppy turns 8 weeks old, you forfeit your deposit and the puppy you chose will be re-listed as Available. Any additional funds you paid toward the puppy, less the deposit, will be refunded to you if you can still be reached.
If you are shipping your puppy, the full purchase price should be paid no later than 3 business days prior to shipping, or by the time your puppy turns 8 weeks old, whichever comes sooner; it is your responsibility to pay the shipper upon delivery and/or any deposits they may require in order to book the trip. Puppies not paid for prior to their shipping date will be re-listed as Available due to the time it takes to reschedule shipping.
Deposits are nonrefundable! The only reason your deposit would be refunded to you is if we decide to cancel the sale or if an issue were to happen to your puppy while in our care.
Puppies must be paid for in full before leaving our possession, there are NO exceptions to this.

Shipping

We have co-owned dogs located in west central Ohio and southeast New York, but if you don't live within driving distance - don't worry! Shipping is an available option to all buyers at their own expense. Just let us know ahead of time that shipping is needed and we will coordinate the shipping plans along with you. We need to know which puppies will be shipped before they see the vet for their vaccination appointment in order to get a travel certificate if it is required.

Any and all shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the new owner and will need to be paid upon delivery of your puppy; if the shipper requires a deposit to book the trip or payment in advance, that is the responsibility of the buyer as well. Puppies will not leave with the shipper until they have been paid for in full.

Ground transportation with door-to-door delivery is an available option and usually costs between $300 - $900 depending on your location and availability. We do work with a couple trusted ground transporters and would be happy to help you coordinate a route with them.

We no longer fly puppies through air cargo; with travel restrictions and weather uncertainties it is just too much stress for ourselves and the puppy. You can fly to the nearest airport and fly your puppy back with you using an in-cabin ticket for your puppy, or flight nannies can also be an option if you are not able to fly yourself. We do not coordinate flights, this is the sole responsibility of the owner and/or flight nanny.

When considering shipping as an option for your puppy, please let us know as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Puppies need to be leaving us either by in-person pickup, or shipping no later than 9 weeks old; puppies are able to be shipped once they turn 8 weeks old. If shipping arrangements have not been settled by the time your puppy turns 6 weeks old, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the puppy as Available.

*Shipping costs are subject to change and we have no control over those changes; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If we quote you a price when you first inquire there is a possibility you may be asked to pay a different amount once your puppy is ready to be shipped, it has happened to us in the past and we unfortunately are not always aware of when prices change.
